You've just realized that your plane is about to take off without you on board. What are your options? To burst into tears in front of the airport staff. To buy another ticket. To accept the fact that you'll still have your vacation, but your luggage is traveling abroad?
Two women at Russia's largest airport seem to have had another idea. A camera filmed them walking down the runway in high heels as their Aeroflot plane began to reverse.
The video, which was reportedly filmed on July 25, shows the charming girls trying to attract the attention of staff at Moscow's Sheremetyevo International Airport.
A worker actually notices them and then immediately radios to alert the others. The girls were immediately escorted to the terminal building… and placed under the care of the Federal Security Service (FSB).
According to local media, the airport stated that the girls had passed all pre-flight security checks and were in the "sterile" area at the time of the incident.
"The passengers breached security lines and entered the restricted area without authorization. The breach was discovered by airport staff on duty," the statement said.
The passengers were immediately stopped and handed over to officers of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
"Law enforcement agencies are taking legal action against these individuals. The incident did not pose a threat to the safety of the flight or passengers."
It should be a lesson to all of us that maybe it's not worth staying so long in Duty Free Shops. ©LAPSI.al
