It is learned that firefighting forces immediately headed to the area to isolate the flames, but the intervention is being hindered by the steep mountainous terrain.
Furthermore, the situation is being aggravated by the strong wind that is blowing at this moment, which is favoring the rapid spread of the fire.
The area affected by the fires is mainly bushland, but the presence of several cattle farms nearby has increased the concern of residents and civil emergency services about possible damage.
