The Ministry of Defense informs that today, as of 20:00, 24 fires have been reported nationwide, of which 6 remain active, while 5 fires are under surveillance.
The main focus continues to be on Dajti Mountain, where the fires at the heights above the Qafë Molla tunnels remain active. 40 firefighting forces, 20 AF personnel and 7 ADZM forces are engaged in the operation, with strong air support with 1 helicopter and 2 Air Tractor aircraft. There is currently no risk to residential areas.
In the Dibër district, the outbreaks remain active in Ballenjë, where 5 ADZM forces are operating, as well as in Qafë i Helmës, Bulqizë, where monitoring continues with 4 MZSH officers. In both cases, no risks to residential areas are reported.
In Mali i Dardhës, Librazhd, the outbreak has been reactivated in a forest area of approximately 7–8 ha and the Librazhd MZSH personnel continue to operate in the field; no homes are at risk.
Meanwhile, the outbreaks in Gjegjan–Gojan–Prozhëm–Tërbun, Puka, have already been isolated and there are no active outbreaks, only monitoring continues.
