A serious and unusual video has been published by journalist Osman Stafa, showing Kuçova Police officers dragging a citizen, while the entire scene takes place in the presence of a minor child who cries and begs the police to stop.

The "crime" committed by a resident of one of the villages in Kuçova was that he had plastered the wall of his house without permission.

The footage shows the moment when the police enter the apartment and forcefully intervene to take the citizen. He is dragged away by the officers, while the child is next to them, who bursts into tears and repeatedly begs them to stop.

"Oh uncle policeman, oh uncle policeman, please...", the minor is heard saying, as the officers continue to drag the head of the family.
