A conflict over a drinking water line has ended with the serious injury of the administrator of a building in Tirana. The incident occurred this morning in a building on “Aleksandri i Madh” street. According to the State Police, the administrator of the building, citizen FG, 74 years old, was seriously injured with cutting tools during a conflict with one of the residents of the building.
After receiving the report, the police immediately arrested citizen KL, 35 years old, a resident of the same building. Preliminary investigations suspect that the 35-year-old used cutting tools during the conflict with the 74-year-old. A knife and a chainsaw were seized as material evidence.

As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions, the suspected perpetrator, citizen KL, 35 years old, a resident of this building, was identified and arrested immediately after the crime was committed. From the investigative actions so far, it is suspected that the 35-year-old seriously injured, with cutting tools, the 74-year-old, during a conflict over the drinking water line in this building. The injured party was transported to the hospital, where he is under the care of doctors. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, for further actions, in order to clarify and document the circumstances of this case.
