Following the arrest of Ergys Agasi yesterday in Durrës, SPAK's investigations appear to have also extended to the assets of the businessman who has been wanted since December 2025. It is learned that SPAK has also seized a luxury vehicle, a 'Land Rover Defender', which was parked in the garage of one of the villas at "Equos Resort". Agasi was arrested yesterday (August 26), while he had been wanted by SPAK in December 2025.
He was located while traveling in a vehicle, together with former police officer Uljan Shpataraku, who was also arrested during the operation. According to SPAK, he is suspected of a number of criminal offenses within the framework of the investigation into the procurement procedures of the National Agency for the Protection of Public Order, including illegal competition through violence, illegal deprivation of liberty, violation of equality in tenders and laundering of the proceeds of crime.
