Donald and Melania Trump's appearance at a speedway race in Washington has sparked controversy on social media. The couple were caught arguing as the president's close aide, Natalie Harp, appeared to be right behind them.

The whole scene took place during the Freedom 250 Grand Prix in Washington on Sunday, August 23, inside the VIP suite of the US presidential couple. The footage was analyzed by lip reader Nicola Hickling and body language expert Judy James, who attempted to decipher the content of the conversation between the couple for the Daily Mail.

As the British tabloid reports, Donald and Melania Trump appeared to be in good spirits. They smiled, flirted with each other and touched each other's hands in front of the cameras. However, according to James, Melania's expression suddenly changed. Her smile disappeared and was replaced by a more closed and stern expression.

Hickling analyzed their lip movements and claimed that Melania seemed to be telling her husband: "This is a private and valuable message."

The president seems to ask, "Was that enough?" 

It seems she answered: "I don't know."

"Then I have to see it," the US president is seen saying, according to lip-reading analysis.

At another point, Melania appears to be trying to leave. "Donald, listen, I'm leaving," she says, but the US president responds: "Listen. He asked you not to close the door."

"Why?" Melania is seen asking. Trump responds in a serious tone: "It's good news, but it's a bad time, Melania."

Melania calls the situation "crazy" and makes a sudden movement with her hair. According to experts, this could be a sign of impatience or a signal that she had already formed a clear position.

At the end of the conversation, experts reveal that Melania said: "Sure, I'll see him and talk to him in the morning."

Despite the intensity of the conversation, experts argue that Melania's behavior did not necessarily indicate a conflict with her husband.

On the contrary, the intense eye contact she maintained with him seemed intended to secure his approval. The US president's head tilts and mouth movements seem to reinforce this interpretation.

Any tension, in fact, seems to melt away as Melania stands up to leave. James described the touch of her husband's knee, accompanied by a warm smile, as a gesture of intimacy, a gesture of farewell.

Trump remains in his seat and is reported to say: "I'll stay here, I'm talking."

A man who was also in the suite is seen saying: "If you need to leave, I can wait, I'll stay here."

What could Natalie Harp's appearance mean?

As soon as Melania leaves, the scene changes and Donald Trump clearly enters "work mode."

The 35-year-old, a close associate of the president, is seen in the footage, holding her mobile phone and apparently trying to get his attention.

Experts say Harp used her cell phone screen as a kind of "alarm" to immediately get the president's attention.

He sees the phone and says, "Give me that."

Then she appears to show the screen to the man next to him and asks, "Do you understand what I mean?" The man replies, "Yes."

After several nods and shrugs, the man reportedly says, "I'll get everyone's list."

Trump seems to be saying, "Look, I want to take this to the extreme." 

The man replies, "Yes, you can do that."

The President then turns to Harp and appears to ask her to send the relevant file. "Can you send him the information?" he asks. 

"Of course, Mr. President," she replies.

Trump then appears to praise his aide, saying: "I'll tell you right away, she does it. We need her, she's good for us." ©LAPSI.al
