The hearing for Ergys Agas, which had just begun at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) for the security measure, has been interrupted for two hours. The reason was the request of Agas's lawyer, Maks Haxhia, who requested time to familiarize himself with the materials and evidence of the investigative file presented by the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK).
After reviewing the request, the court decided to suspend the process for two hours. The session at the GJKKO is expected to resume after this deadline to hear the parties' claims and to issue a decision on the security measure.
