Balluk's other villa, Agron Shehaj: Albanians disgusted by corruption, now

The Chairman of the Mundësia Party, Agron Shehaj, has reacted after the publication of the SPAK file regarding the second villa that was seized from former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

"What is most important is that according to SPAK, it was not built and furnished with Belinda Balluku's money, but with the money of the beneficiaries of Belinda Balluku's tenders. In short, with the money of Albanian citizens. Money that should have gone to health, to education, has gone to build an "infinity pool", to make Belinda feel pampered like in a hotel", says Shehaj.

The head of Mundësia emphasizes that powerful people in government have enriched themselves by abusing Albanian taxpayers' money.

"This doesn't actually surprise us because we know very well that these people all have villas, that they have become millionaires by stealing from the poorest people in Europe," says Shehaj, underlining that what has changed now is that there are no longer any untouchables in Albania.

"Everyone is coming to an end, they are facing justice," says Shehaj.
According to Shehaj, "now it's Edi Rama's turn."

The head of Mundësia underlines that SPAK should now move towards investigating the assets of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"Now it's the turn of Edi Rama's villas and assets."
SPAK has accused Belinda Balluku of tender abuse, corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets.

Shehaj's full statement:

Do you want to hear the pearls that emerge from Belinda Balluku's emails, captured by SPAK?
In her villa in Palasa, you feel pampered like in a hotel

There is an infinity pool that looks directly into the sea.

There are two hot tubs like in one of the best hotels in Santorini

But especially the exteriors are covered with "teak", a natural wood that makes Belinda Balluku feel like she's on a yacht.

This emerges from the emails of Belinda Balluku and her architect.

But what is more important is that according to SPAK, it was not built and furnished with Belinda Balluk's money, but with the money of the beneficiaries of Belinda Balluk's tenders.

In short, with the money of Albanian citizens

Money that should have gone to healthcare and education has gone to building an "infinity pool" to make Belinda feel pampered like she's in a hotel.

This doesn't surprise us, actually, because we know very well that these people all have villas, that they have become millionaires by stealing from the poorest people in Europe.

But what has changed is that there are no longer any untouchables.

Everyone is coming to an end, they are facing justice.

And now it's Edi Rama's turn.

Now it's the turn of Edi Rama's villas and assets.
