The operation to crack down on drug distribution cases in Korça is being finalized. According to information, yesterday evening a vehicle with two people was stopped, where the passenger threw a bag containing a quantity of cannabis sativa.
During the search, a knife was also found on the person. On the other hand, the driver of the vehicle did not stop the police forces and the latter followed them and later found the narcotics and the cold weapon. The investigation structures at the Korça DVP arrested the 31-year-old EB, who lives in Vlora, while the driver of the vehicle, ES, who lives in Korça, was also released. The materials were passed on to the Korça District Prosecutor's Office for further action.
