Other details have emerged regarding Belinda Balluku's new villa, which was seized in Palasa.
According to News24, the preventive measures discovered during the checks on the computers of the "Atelier 4" studio, revealed evidence that, according to SPAK, proves that the luxury villa in Palasa that was seized a few days ago is in the de facto ownership of Belinda Balluku and that she had acquired it as a bribe from the company "Alko Impex General Construction".
In these estimates, it turned out that Arbër Abazi's company had paid "Atelier 4" of the brothers Alban and Olsi Eftimi amounts ranging from 288 to 410 thousand euros, at a time when the company in question had no connection to the facility in the documents, because the customer according to the contract was former footballer Igli Tare.
According to SPAK, up until the construction phase, the villa was financed by Igli Tare, while the investment for the other construction works of the villa and its swimming pool was undertaken by Arbër Abazi, administrator of "Alko Impex", whose company was fed tenders by Balluku when she headed the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
The interior works of the villa were managed by Abazi's partner, Lorela Reçi, who was also a family member of the former deputy prime minister, and who requested permission from the construction company to send subcontractors to continue the work.
Meanwhile, the strongest evidence that proves that the villa is Balluk's property are the two emails that architect Alban Eftimi sent to his personal address, explaining the details of the luxurious villa.
Belinda Balluku is being investigated for corruption, money laundering and concealment of assets, while she is accused of abuses with road tenders, including the tender for the Llogara tunnel. Two security measures are in force against the former number two of the government: a ban on leaving the country and a suspension from exercising public functions. /Panorama
