An explosive device exploded this evening in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood in Shkodra. Sources indicate that the explosive device was placed in the yard of an apartment in the city center, behind the Shkodra municipality.
Fortunately, there were no injuries from the explosion, but only material damage. Numerous police forces have surrounded the scene and are investigating to identify and capture the suspected perpetrator(s).
"Around 21:30, in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood, Shkodër, in the yard of the apartment of citizen MB, about 60 years old, a small amount of explosive material was thrown by still unidentified persons, causing only minor material damage. The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident, as well as to identify and capture the perpetrator(s), "the police announced.
