Prime Minister Rama's meeting in Berat was accompanied by fierce debates between him and a representation of citizens from the city of Poliçan, including actress Egla Ceno.
Ceno said that the meeting began with the speech of Minister Demo, who gave citizens the opportunity to express themselves. According to her, after two people spoke, the group requested that the microphone be passed to the other representatives, but at that moment the Prime Minister intervened.
The actress said that Rama started talking about the situation in Poliçan and that, for about 20 minutes, no one else was allowed to speak. According to her, after the Prime Minister's speech ended, she asked to speak and be heard, but Rama asked her to leave the hall.
Ceno said that Rama had asked her to leave the hall, and after she left, the other members had abandoned the hearing and joined her.
'We were a group of representatives from Poliçan to hold a hearing for the Territorial. Poliçan is a city that has expressed its opinion many times. Minister Demo gave the floor to the citizens, only 2 of them spoke.
Then the prime minister intervened and said: 'Okay, okay, we're not at a meeting to hear how good life is in Poliçan,' and a speech began that had questions, had answers, there were guys from the hall who raised their hands to respond, but no one was allowed to speak.
When he was nearing the end, I said to him: 'Can we talk, will you listen to us?' He said to me: 'Come out.' 'Yes,' I said, 'come out too,' but they told me that we had come because the prime minister would hear our voice. 'Come out,' please, I said. 'No, don't address me like that.'
He got up very irritated and said: 'The meeting is suspended until the lady comes out.' At that moment, the entire community joined me and we all went out.
