Two people have been arrested by police, suspected of committing thefts from businesses and vehicles in Pogradec and Korça.
Two 26-year-olds have been arrested, while one of their associates has been declared wanted.
During searches of the arrested individuals' homes, suspected stolen items, a sum of money, and the vehicle they were using to get around were seized.
According to the blue uniforms, the three people are suspected of being the perpetrators of six thefts in the two cities.

They committed thefts in various businesses in Pogradec and Korça, as well as in vehicles, the 2 suspected perpetrators are identified, captured and put in handcuffs.
A collaborator is being sought.
Suspected stolen items are seized.
The services of the Pogradec Police Commissariat, in cooperation with the services of the Korça Police Commissariat, in continuation of the work to solve the thefts, identify and capture the perpetrators, organized the work, coordinated the actions and, within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Qarku", made it possible to solve 6 thefts.
As part of the operation, citizens RM, 26 years old, resident of the village of Drenova, and RM, 26 years old, resident of Korça, were arrested and handcuffed.
During the search of the homes of these citizens, the stolen items were found and seized as material evidence, along with a sum of money and a vehicle in which these citizens were traveling.
Their accomplice, citizen E. Ll., resident of Kamëz, was also identified and declared wanted. Work to capture him continues.
During the investigation, it emerged that these citizens are suspected of being the perpetrators of thefts in 5 businesses and of several items in a vehicle, thefts that occurred in Pogradec and Korça.
In cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, work continues on the legal documentation of several other thefts, suspected to have been committed by these citizens.
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Korça, for the criminal offense of "Theft", committed in collaboration more than once.
