Oil prices rose by about 4% at the opening of markets, while the average retail price of gasoline in the US reached $ 6.23 per gallon.
Trump also repeated the claim that rising prices in the US are a result of the policies of the Joe Biden administration. He said that the price of oil will fall significantly once the conflict with Iran ends, which he said will not last long.
