The State Cadastral Agency continues the process of improving the cadastral register and correcting maps in the territory of the Himara Municipality, this time focusing on the village of Piqeras. The process aims to improve cadastral data and create a more accurate overview of real estate, through the recording and correction of data in the cadastral register and relevant maps.
For this process, ASHK requires the cooperation of the residents of the area. Their contribution is important for the accurate identification of assets, verification of data and completion of the necessary information for a more complete and reliable process. Improving the cadastral register and correcting maps constitute an important step towards increasing legal security over property, avoiding inaccuracies and providing cadastral services based on the most accurate data.
Meanwhile, earlier this week, the State Cadastral Agency began a door-to-door survey of houses without ownership documentation. The process began initially with the village of Palasë, to later be extended to all other rural and urban areas of the country.
