Diella 4.0 has arrived with new functions, taking over the filling out of forms and making applications on the e-Albania platform.
During the presentation of the new version, Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that Diella has now entered the active phase, where it can carry out the procedures requested by citizens itself, without the need for them to manually fill out the forms.
"We are in the phase we promised, where the Sun moves into a very active position, where it does things itself. All you have to do is request it and wait a few minutes for the entire service to arrive," Rama said.
According to the presentation, 19 services can be generated through just a voice command. Among the new functions are services for retirees, where Diella asks them a few questions to determine their needs, such as whether they live in the country or abroad.
Another innovation of version 4.0 is the inclusion of eye identification as part of the system's new functions.
Prime Minister Rama called on citizens to download the application and use the new opportunities offered by the virtual assistant to benefit from public services.
"Introduce yourself to the new powers of Diella, download the application and you have e-Albanian at your service, with a simple command and waiting there, Diella works and you have the service," declared Rama.
