The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has decided to dismiss the two deputy mayors, Vasilika Vjero and Ilir Mêngra, and to appoint Etleva Bisha as deputy mayor. These moves in the direction of the Tirana municipality come after the transfer of Mayor Erion Veliaj from the detention center in Durrës to that in Fier, a move he himself said he was unaware of.
