Jorge Mendes is once again the protagonist of the Milan transfer market. Gerry Cardinale, the president of the Rossoneri, seems to have trusted the powerful Portuguese manager to rebuild the entire "Devil" team, to then hand over to Ruben Amorim. The former United coach will also have at his disposal winger Diego Moreira, Milan's third purchase in this transfer market session, paid a full 50 million euros and coming from Strasbourg.
After Goncalo Ramos from PSG, paid 70 million euros, comes another important economic expense for the Rossoneri, who with just two purchases managed by Mendes have already reached the quota of 120 million euros. In the middle is Mario Gila – who is not managed by Mendes – for whom Milan invested another 30 million, reaching a total of 150 million euros for three players. In short, Mendes seems to have done even more. In addition to bringing two players to Milan in an attempt to finally launch them and increase their value, he would have also been decisive in the deal for Moreira. Mendes is said to have led the operation himself.
Milan seems to have become a kind of privileged channel for Mendes for his players. It is enough to remember that Roma had also thought about Moreira since July, but on the other hand had encountered a request of 70 million euros from Strasbourg, while Milan managed to get him for 50 million euros (but of course we should not forget the various clauses included in the agreement, which over time could also increase the total cost of the operation, ed. note). In short, Mendes is still there for Milan. Even last season, another player of the Portuguese agent, like Estupinian, had arrived at the Rossoneri, without forgetting the position of Sergio Conceicao as coach, another product of Mendes' "shelter".

Jorge Mendes, known above all as the historical agent of Cristiano Ronaldo and now also of Lamine Yamal, works a lot with the Serie A championship, so much so that, in addition to Moreira and Ramos at Milan, he also manages Francisco Conceicao at Juventus, as well as Rodrigo Mora – who is expected to become a new player for Roma – without forgetting Tiago Gabriel of Lecce, Amorim of Genoa and Correia of Venezia.
