A black box filled with bundles of 50-euro notes was photographed in Villa F-6 used by Belinda Balluku and then sent to the cleaner Lavdije Smone, who worked for Belinda Balluku, who was at the time Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and also Deputy Prime Minister.
There are over 20 euro balls that were found inside a red box.
A message sent on the morning of July 17, 2021 by the husband of the Balluk sanitation worker to her apartment in Tirana shows, according to SPAK, a photograph showing a red box containing bundles of 50-euro banknotes tied with a rubber band.
The Special Prosecution Office writes in the document that the red box is "apparently in the premises of villa F6, in the White Rocks complex." So this red box filled with euros, according to SPAK, is in Balluk's villa in Dhërmi.
The husband of the Balluk sanitation worker, Lavdrim Smone, along with his wife and daughter, according to all communications, move from time to time to the Dhërmi villa to do the cleaning. The former deputy prime minister's personal driver often sent them there.
In Belinda Balluku's file, there are a total of 31 defendants who will answer to justice, including 6 well-known businessmen.
The prosecution file states that: “…from the minutes of the examination of the data obtained from the act of technical-computer expertise, no. 237, dated October 3, 2026, where the mobile phone "Iphone Xs Max" seized from Lavdrim Smone (husband of citizen Lavdije Smone, who works as a cleaning worker in the house of citizen Belinda Balluku) was examined, interesting photographs and videos dated June 12, 2019, as well as from later periods have resulted. These photographs and videos show various rooms of the F6 villa, located in the "White Rocks" complex, in Dhërmi…”.
The document further states that: “…the photos and videos show views of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and the exterior of the villa. From these images it appears that the villa is complete with furniture and electrical appliances. In some of the photos, citizen Lavdrim Smone appears, sitting on an armchair in the living room of the villa. In one of the photos, Lavdrim Smone and Lavdije Smone appear, on the road connecting the "White Rocks" complex with the beach (Leo Bay). Some of the photos have geolocation data (metadata), from which it results that the photos were taken in Dhërmi, in the "White Rocks" complex.
On September 4, 2020, it was determined that several photographs were taken, showing Lavdije Smone in the outdoor areas and near the swimming pool of villa F-6, in the "White Rocks" complex in Dhërmi.
Meanwhile, on July 17, 2021, at 10:06, on the "Whatsapp" application, Lavdrim Smone sends a photo, which shows a red box, in which there are bundles of 50 euro banknotes, tied with a rubber band (apparently as in the premises of villa F6, in the "White Rocks" complex).
Also in the conversation dated July 24, 2022, between Maresa Smone and her sister, Aida Smone, the following is recorded:
