
New details have emerged from the serious domestic crime that occurred on the evening of this Monday, August 24, in Lushnja, where Florian Dalladaku, 45 years old, attacked his parents with a crowbar, causing the death of the mother and seriously injuring the father. The 45-year-old hit his mother, Florije Dalladaku, 80 years old, who from the injuries received, the elderly woman lost her life in the apartment. Meanwhile, his father, Hasan Dalladaku, 77 years old, was seriously injured. After receiving first aid at the Lushnja hospital, due to his critical condition, he was sent to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana, for more specialized treatment.
After the crime, Florian Dalladaku took his brother's vehicle and left the apartment and was later caught by a police patrol in Fier. Following the investigation, the police are questioning family and relatives, in an attempt to fully document the circumstances of the incident and the motive for the attack. According to the relatives' testimonies, the 45-year-old was being treated for mental health problems and, over the last six years, has been hospitalized twice in the Elbasan Psychiatric Hospital. Sources close to the investigation group said that the 45-year-old does not react normally and that instead of words he makes meaningless gestures typical of a schizophrenic. The same sources said that in the "Ford" type vehicle in which the perpetrator of the murder was escaping, a bag of antidepressant medication was found, which Dalladaku is suspected of consuming for mental problems.
It is also known that years ago Dalladaku attempted to kill a fellow villager with a shotgun. For this incident, he was convicted by the justice system. Investigations into the serious crime continue under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, while other circumstances surrounding the incident and the condition of the 45-year-old are expected to be revealed.
