Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Operational Support for Investigation Section of the Lezha Police Department, in implementation of the operational plan "Clean Schools", for the prevention and crackdown on the criminal activity of selling narcotics near schools, based on information obtained in operational channels, have organized and finalized the operation coded "Impulse". As a result of this operation, citizen KP, 18 years old, resident of Lezha Island, was arrested.
This citizen was caught red-handed by the Police services, where during a physical search, doses of the suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa were found on him, ready for sale. Subsequently, during a search of his apartment, other doses of this substance were found, ready for sale.
From the investigative actions it is suspected that this citizen was selling doses of the narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa in the city of Lezha, mainly near schools. As material evidence, a total of 83 doses of the suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa and 1 mobile phone were seized. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, for further actions.
