Norway star Erling Haaland was the absolute protagonist of the victory over Brazil, scoring two goals that secured the national team's qualification to the quarterfinals of the World Cup.
After the match in New Jersey, the celebrations continued in the locker room, where the players received a special visit from Princess Ingrid Alexandra and her brother, Prince Sverre Magnus. The princess greeted each player one by one and gave Haaland a warm hug, who was celebrating with his teammates.
The 22-year-old, who is second in line to the Norwegian throne and is set to become the country's first female monarch in more than six centuries, took part in the tour after replacing her father, Haakon, who canceled the trip because his wife, Mette-Marit, underwent surgery.
The World Cup visit was also Princess Ingrid Alexandra's first official public appearance since her mother's surgery. However, it was noticeable that Halaand welcomed the princess half-naked. ©LAPSI.al
