Police have revealed details from the arrest of singer Joz Marku and citizen KN, 31. Police announce that two other people, citizens AH and KV, are wanted.
The singer is accused of the criminal offenses of "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty", "Intentional Minor Injury", "Threat", "Unlawful Wearing of Uniform" and "Unfair Interference in Private Life".
During the search of the apartment of citizen KN, a quantity of ammunition was found and seized, as well as the Land Rover vehicle, suspected of being used in the incident. These citizens are suspected of having, in collaboration with other citizens, still unidentified, raped citizen EK, 26 years old, claiming that the latter had insulted one of them.
"As a result of the actions carried out by the services of the Police Commissariat No. 6, citizens JM, 30 years old, were detained for the criminal offenses of "Illegal deprivation of liberty", "Intentional slight injury", "Threat", "Unlawful possession of uniform" and "Unlawful interference in private life", as well as KN, 31 years old, who is suspected of having been the driver of the "Land Rover" vehicle, for the criminal offenses of "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", "Unlawful possession and production of weapons, bombs or mines and ammunition", "Illegal deprivation of liberty", "Intentional slight injury", "Threat", "Unlawful possession of uniform" and "Interference in private life". Meanwhile, citizens AH, 48 years old and KV, 27 years old, were declared wanted.
