Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his speech at the Cernobbios forum in Italy, stated that Serbia is a kind of strange animal in the Balkan jungle.
Rama has raised the question of which would be better, to have Serbia around the table and tell it that a state funeral cannot be held for a butcher or to leave it in uncertain waters and create a schizophrenic situation between Europe, China, America and Russia.
"I know that Serbia is a very interesting and strange animal in the Balkan jungle. What is better to have it sitting around the table and tell it: no, you can't have a state funeral for a butcher or to leave it in uncertain waters and create a completely schizophrenic situation between Europe, China, America and Russia and I don't know who else. This is my approach and it needs to happen now, what is this atmosphere, of whom, of those who tomorrow can be hidden by the extremes," said Rama.
