Tirana Police have imposed 10 administrative measures against people who blocked the road and obstructed vehicle traffic during the rally held yesterday in the capital.
According to the official announcement, during the protest on "Martyrs of the Nation" Boulevard, some participants obstructed the movement of vehicles, despite repeated calls from police officers through megaphones.
"In accordance with Normative Act No. 5, dated 28.10.2026, specifically point 2 of article 24/1, 10 minutes have been completed to ascertain administrative offenses," the police announced.
A fine of 5 thousand lek has been imposed on each of the identified persons.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
