Even after 100 days, the protest in the square has not stopped, while activists and citizens are warning of an even larger rally in front of the Prime Minister's Office today. Organizers have called for the government building to be surrounded, just like during the protest a few days ago.
In addition to today's protest, citizens have also called for civil disobedience, considering it as the next phase of the action against the government. The mobilization is expected to continue tomorrow in front of the Parliament, where the first parliamentary session after the August holidays begins. The protest initially began as an opposition to the project in Zvërnec. As the weeks passed, the demands expanded and took on a broader political character.
For 100 days, protesters have been demanding the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama and his government.
