The Ministry of Defense reports that over the last 24 hours, 43 fires have been registered, of which 22 have been extinguished, 8 have been placed under surveillance and 13 continue to be active.
The situation remains more problematic in some districts. In Tirana, the fire in Dajti Mountain continues to be active in the forest and bushes, but without danger to residential areas. In Dibër, active fires are reported in Vajkal in Bulqizës, Lundre–Madhesh in Mat, Qafën e Helmes and Cerrujë–Mali i Allushit in Klos. While in Lezha, the fire in Gallatë in Kurbinit and the operation in the Kalivaç–Zimaj–Kashnjet area continue.
In Shkodra, the outbreaks in Mnelë e Vogël, Bardhaj–Myselim and Mali i Tërbunit remain active. In Mnelë e Vogël, two houses at risk have been reported, which are being protected by firefighting forces. Active outbreaks are also reported in Gurëshpatë in Librazhd, Qesarat–Mali i Malinës in Finiq and Çërrilë in Mallakastrë.
