Citizens will return to the Prime Minister's Office today, on the 102nd day of protest against the government. For more than three months, the main demand remains the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the removal of his cabinet.
The day before, the action moved to the Parliament, where the deputies returned to the session for the start of the new session. As they had warned, the protesters welcomed them with eggs and tomatoes. During the rally, there were also tensions with the Police, who had blocked the road in front of the Parliament building.
From the square, citizens accused the deputies of not representing their interests and of not reacting to the problems raised for years. The protesters insist that the mobilization will continue both in front of the Prime Minister's Office and in front of the Parliament, until the government leaves and the way is opened for a political transition.
