The State Police has referred the procedural materials to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office following the complaint of a 34-year-old man, who stated that he received a message with threatening content on his social network account. According to the police, the message is suspected to have been sent from a fake account. The relevant structures are continuing the investigations to identify the author and fully clarify the circumstances of the case.
The materials have been referred to the criminal offenses of "Computer Forgery", "Stalking" and "Threat", provided for by articles 186/a, 121/a and 84 of the Criminal Code. Investigations are continuing under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, with the aim of identifying the person responsible.

The State Police structures have referred the procedural materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, following the complaint of citizen OS, 34 years old, resident of Tirana, who stated that he received a message with threatening content on his account on a social network. The message is suspected to have been sent from a fake account. As part of the investigative actions, work is being done to identify the author and fully document the circumstances of the case.
