The fire in the village of Rras, in the Ungrej Administrative Unit, continues to be active, while the situation is reported to be worrying for the residents of the area.
According to reports from the field, there are currently over five active fire sources, while the flames were reactivated this afternoon, September 8, after an intervention from the ground and air during the day.
Although the situation was brought under control after the intervention of emergency forces and vehicles, residents report that the fire has returned and is advancing towards residential areas.
