A conflict between three people in Shkodra has ended with gunfire and the use of a knife. A 24-year-old man lost his life, while two other people were injured. The incident occurred at around 05:30, in the “Kongresi i Përmetit” neighborhood.
According to police, Andri Vulaj, 25, is suspected of shooting Qamil Luli, 63, and his son, Ylber Luli, 24, with a pistol. The father and son are suspected of then stabbing the 25-year-old. Ylber Luli was taken to hospital but did not survive his injuries. His father was injured.
Police arrested Andri Vulaj and seized the pistol allegedly used in the incident. Investigations are ongoing to clarify the dynamics and full responsibilities of the conflict.
