A complaint comes from students of the Faculty of Philology, who raise concerns about threatening and anonymous phone calls, at a time when Tirana is experiencing high tensions due to protests.
According to information provided by sources close to students, anonymous phone calls are causing fear and insecurity among young people.
This also raises questions about how the callers obtained the students' personal numbers. So far, there is no confirmed information on the identity of the callers, their motives, or the source from which the contact details were obtained.
But it is clear that this psychological pressure is being exerted by people close to power who want to quell the protest.
Today is the third day of the protest, with strong physical clashes between students and the police. The latter has meanwhile reacted disproportionately towards the students since the first day of the protest.
