The Durrës Court has released two minors arrested during the first day of protests in the city.
Both have been ordered to report to the judicial police, so investigations will continue at large.
In the case of one of the minors, the court deemed the arrest unlawful, while for the other, the arrest was considered lawful.
The first is accused of resisting a police officer in aggravating circumstances, as well as participating in illegal gatherings or demonstrations. The other minor is accused of assault in the course of duty and participating in illegal gatherings or demonstrations. Investigations against them and the other arrested persons continue.
