The State Police will increase controls throughout the territory to identify and punish cases of noise pollution, aiming to guarantee public peace during the tourist season.
The Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, through a reaction on social networks, emphasized that loud noise cannot be considered entertainment when it becomes a nuisance for residents and tourists who choose coastal areas for vacation.
"The State Police will be present with increased controls throughout the country, to identify any noise pollution in the territory and to sanction anyone who does not care about others and the legal provisions," emphasized Minister Lamallari.
The Minister called on citizens to report any cases of disturbance caused by excessive noise.
"Whoever thinks they can do whatever they want with the music in the sky, disturbing the community and tourists, has citizens against it and 'visitors' in uniform at the door of the bar. I encourage citizens to call 129 to report any such concerns," said Lamallari.
Controls for compliance with noise pollution regulations continue as part of measures for the tourist season, with the aim of creating a quieter and safer environment for residents and visitors.
