A serious accident has been recorded in a chrome gallery on the mountain of Tërnovo, Bulqiza.
It is suspected that a rock massif has collapsed in the Zerqan administrative unit, trapping 3 people, one of whom is suspected to have lost his life.
"Around 1:00 PM, in the place called Tërnova e Madhe, Bulqizë municipality, citizen IK, 40 years old, resident of Burrel, with the duty of miner/brigadier in a private entity, is suspected of having fallen into a furnace during the work process.
It is initially suspected that the 40-year-old was covered in chrome material. Search and rescue services and police services are at the scene and are continuing to work to locate and extract him. The investigation team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident," the police announced.
