The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, calls the Socialist Party's proposal for a new territorial map that foresees the merger of 15 municipalities an anti-Albanian act. In a communication with citizens on social networks, Berisha said that the prime minister aims to empty Albania.
"Edi Rama is an anti-Albanian with a mission to empty Albania. Of course, the minority municipalities, without a doubt, must be respected and maintained. But exactly what you say, if they are maintained, why should they be despised and despised, why should the Albanian communities be ignored and multiplied by zero, this is a genuine anti-Albanian act," Berisha said.
He also focused on the DP proposal, reiterating that it foresees the addition of 100 new municipalities. He called on citizens to oppose with protests the SP proposal for the merger of 15 municipalities.
