The majority's proposal for administrative-territorial reform has brought reactions and protests in several municipalities in the country. In Klos, the local administration has come out in protest against the plan to merge the municipality, boycotting work. Employees of the Klos Municipality administration oppose the municipality's involvement in the territorial reorganization process and demand a review of the decision. The protesters have warned that they will continue the action until another decision is made by the responsible institutions.
Similar reactions have been announced in Belsh and Prrenjas, two other municipalities that, according to the majority's proposal, are expected to be included in the merger process.

A day earlier, protests also took place in Poliçan, where several citizens affiliated with the Socialist Party burned their membership cards, while the leader of the SP in this city resigned in front of the protesters.
