DP boycotts Parliament session: Meet protesters' demands

The Democratic Party has decided not to participate in tomorrow's plenary session of the Parliament. The decision was communicated to the members of the parliamentary group through an internal announcement.

"Dear colleagues! I inform you that tomorrow we will not participate in the plenary session, according to the decision of the Parliamentary Group and the position already made public," the announcement addressed to DP deputies reads.

This will be the second consecutive session that Democrats have boycotted, following last week's, where they also did not attend due to their stance that the protesters' demands had not been taken into account.

The position made public by the Democratic Party is that the protesters' demands should be accepted. The protesters have been continuing their rallies on the boulevard against the government for 43 days, but their positions have also included criticism of the opposition, opposing not only the majority, but also the manner of political representation by the opposition parties.
