
Sali Berisha presented today before the National Council the proposals for the new party leadership team, which will be subject to a vote by delegates.
Flamur Noka and Saimir Korreshi have been proposed for the position of Secretary General.
The following candidates have been proposed for functional secretaries:
Secretary for Organization: Agron Loka and Klevis Balliu.
Secretary for Human Resources: Andi Mustafaj and Mario Runa.
Secretary for Legal and Electoral Affairs: Arlind Ahmetaj and Marash Logu.
Secretary for Public Relations: Denisa Kele and Viola Kapedani.
Secretary for Partner Organizations and Civil Society: Eva Metaj and Malvina Lika.
Secretary for European Integration: Fjoralba Dizdari and Silva Hasaj.
Secretary for Immigration and Diaspora: Ethem Aga and Petrit Tafaj.
Secretary for Digitalization: Etion Kapedani and Renald Rista.
Secretary for Infrastructure and Territory: Gentian Kaprata and Maksim Kola.
Secretary for Property Issues and the Fight Against Corruption: Endira Bushati and Ledina Mandija.
Secretary for Human Rights: Franci Nuri and Ledio Nuraj.
Secretary for the Politically Persecuted: Lorenc Luka and Shkëlqim Lepenica.
Secretary for Local Government: Agron Haxhimali and Ylli Asllani.
Secretary for Civic Action: Erges Eskiu and Jurgen Spaho.
Three pairs of candidates have been proposed for the positions of vice-chairmen of the Democratic Party:
Belind Këlliçi and Luciano Boçi;
Jonathan Pano and Nikola Kedhi;
Besa Manaj and Erisa Bajaziti.
Meanwhile, Adriana Kalaja, Ankelita Çela, Arsen Dushku, Besart Logu, Çajup Shehaj, Gentian Koçi, Lukas Heidorn, Mark Lleshi, Shaqir Manjani and Suina Asllanaj are running for the Appeals Commission, where the National Council will elect five members.
