Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on "Facebook", reacted regarding the monitoring data of the Audiovisual Media Authority during June 2026, where the Socialist Party received 36.05% of the airtime, while the opposition received a total of 63.95%.
In his response, Rama writes that these are stubborn facts based on measurements, not perceptions. He adds that Albania has nothing to do with autocracies, while also publishing data where out of 402.47 minutes of coverage for political parties, the Socialist Party received 36.05% of the airtime.
"These two reflections, which continue to show with stubborn facts based on measurements, not perceptions, that Albania has no connection with autocracies and so-called regimes - where political and media crows and ravens inject it day and night with their croaking - I decided to post them only as reflections of the intellectual misery of the heartless, who tirelessly seek everywhere (and especially in me) the reasons why the "regime" is not overthrown, except where the reason is: In their misery that sees a regime that does not know the song of Albania.
"According to the monitoring of the Audiovisual Media Authority (AMA), during the month of June 2026, political parties had 402.47 minutes of coverage available in the main news editions. Of this media space, the Socialist Party received 36.05% of the broadcast time, while the opposition received a total of 63.95%," Rama writes.
