A serious incident was recorded this evening in the Xhabije neighborhood of Shkodra, where Traffic Police officer Nikolin Pëndoj was raped by two people.
According to preliminary information, Përndoj, who was off-duty, was punched during a conflict. The reasons that led to the clash between the parties have not yet been revealed.
After the incident, police forces and an investigation team arrived at the scene and began operations to clarify the circumstances and identify the perpetrators.
