A 27-year-old man lost his life in a serious accident on the Korça-Maliq highway, near the village of Vashtemi. According to preliminary information, an Audi hit another vehicle from behind. It is suspected that the vehicle was moving at high speed.
The collision caused the vehicle to go off the road. The 27-year-old driver, who was traveling alone, died at the scene. There were four people in the Audi. Three of them, a boy and two girls, were injured. One was taken to Korça Hospital, while the two girls were taken to Pogradec Hospital. The police accompanied the driver of the Audi. Investigations are ongoing to determine the causes of the accident.
