The Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Hristijan Mickoski, visited Pustec today on an official visit. He participated in a festival that took place in the area. However, according to journalists who attended the event, state protocol was not respected.
According to the instructions, in such cases, the national anthem of the respective country should be played, the Albanian one and then the Macedonian one, but this did not happen.
According to the Top Channel correspondent, the Albanian anthem was not played, only the Macedonian one was played. According to the same sources, this is the second time this has happened.
It is still incomprehensible why the Macedonian Prime Minister insists on not respecting the Albanian anthem within the territory of the Republic of Albania, especially when the mayor of Pustec, Pali Kolefski, is also participating. Next to them is Edmond Themelko, the former mayor of this municipality and organizer of this event. ©LAPSI.al
