The march of protesters from Skanderbeg Square towards the Prime Minister's Office building has begun, as part of the 72nd day of civic resistance against Prime Minister Edi Rama and his cabinet.
With banners in their hands and in an organized manner, citizens are walking along the main boulevard articulating successive calls to the head of the executive.
During the march, massive chants such as "Edi Rama, you traitor!" and "Rama, resign!" are being heard, with protesters demanding his immediate removal from power and accountability before justice.
The crowd is approaching the Prime Minister's Office building, where the main speeches of this rally are expected to be held.
