The incident was reported to the Fier Police by the 17-year-old's parents the day after the episode.
However, according to family members and neighbors, institutions have not reacted with appropriate measures, which has caused the case to come back into focus only after the video was published.
According to relatives, the minor with the initials PD had dropped out of school to attend a hairdressing course, with the aim of securing a profession.
The 17-year-old's mother said she is deeply concerned about her daughter's psychological state and is seeking the intervention of responsible institutions.
She says she also lives in fear for the safety of the family's other minor children.
Meanwhile, the case is under review by the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, which is continuing investigations to fully clarify the circumstances of this event.
It is learned that the three girls, aged 15 and 19, have been released on bail.
