At the 79th protest on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard, attention was drawn to the incident of the previous day when there was a physical clash between several protesters.
The protest flag bearer declared that he will not withdraw from the square and that he will continue the protest every night, despite the attacks or incidents that have occurred.
He made it clear that his objective and that of the protesters remains the resignation of Edi Rama, while calling on citizens to remain united and not be affected by divisions.
"That incident that happened last night will not scare me, but will make me stronger than yesterday. I call on the state police to take measures, the people are identifiable. And I will continue the work that is paid for by our taxes."
And any attack that comes against me, the individual, will not deter me from the square, it will never stop me. I will be here every night with the protesters and for the resignation of Edi Rama as soon as possible.
"I call on everyone to be united and not be divided by individuals who are paid by oligarchs and politicians. Let's be strong, we will defeat them!" he said.
Activist Sidorela Vatnikaj also taught non-dissent.
" Unidentified persons have raped several protesters during the march, another person has entered with a strong tool...for this and other similar incidents we call on the police to ensure the conditions for the protest to be peaceful. The State Police to do their duty."
"Despite the continuous incidents staged and financed by the outgoing government, this square has spoken out and shown that it believes in the unity of Albanians. And this square has shown that it believes in the peaceful civic revolt. We say to every incident that you cannot divide us, that this is a fight for an Albania free from the model of violence ," she said. /LAPSI.al
