The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has today published a message from a citizen who claims that the "Besa" document presented by Prime Minister Edi Rama was drafted through Artificial Intelligence.
According to the public complaint, the text displays a typical structure of programs like ChatGPT, with sentences that begin with conjunctions that are unusual for Albanian grammar as they rely on English semantic rules.
Through this post, Berisha has described this document as another fraud by the head of government. On the other hand, the whistleblower emphasizes that after detailed analysis of the content, the use of AI's official language confirms that the material was not written by a human.

"Good evening Doctor, I carefully analyzed the "Besa" document that KM distributed and it is very clear that it was made with AI and not by a human.
Many sentences begin with "But", "But", and "And", which in the semantics of the Albanian language are not usable, and are even considered grammatical errors.
There are many content elements that have an "official" AI language of the chatgpt plus type, since the program thinks in English even though you ask it in Albanian, so it is based on the spelling or semantic rules of English, which are not like Albanian. From the unfaithful, only unfaithfulness and deception are expected! ", writes Berisha.
